That could be fun, I am very good at thinning out closets :-) If you want to get a feel for 'spartan-like' RV travel, check out the article before Day 1, "PRE-DEPARTURE: One Day Away-OMG What Was I Thinking?" Check out the closet photo, showing she gets 75%, he gets 25%. We each get a drawer, but she also gets a small shelf. It makes Tiny Houses look like MANSIONS.

So you should get a commission ... I immediately went to Amazon to check on the grill you have. I'll likely own one soon!

Cindy, thanks for subscribing and following us in our travels. Here is the unit I purchased on Amazon. Good luck, let me know what you think of it after you check it out.

It is good that you reevaluate what you are carrying and try to keep your Unity at a lean weight. Many may not realize but the Dometic Refrigerator and the HotPoint Convection Oven and Microwave weigh over 150lbs. The Microwave Convection Oven weighs 55lbs alone! When I decided to install a larger compressor refrigerator and smaller microwave only unit my Unity shed over 50 lbs. So if you don't like something or aren't using something in your Unity consider replacing it. I replaced my propane cooktop for an induction cooktop and reduced weight again.

Welcome to the electric griddle world. We have used our Presto for mostly breakfast cooking - I must try a dinner on ours?
